Compass Pointe opened in 2009 in Leland, NC with the singular goal of offering resort style living in the Coastal Carolinas.

Just 10 minutes from Downtown Wilmington, restaurants, shops, and attractions are easily within reach.  The Brunswick Beaches are also right next door and Wrightsville Beach is only a half hour away.
