This is a new updated version of our best selling Biscayne and Biscayne II floor plans. A large front porch and elegant foyer set the tone for the home. The open kitchen features two pantries. The double tray ceiling dining room, coffered ceiling family room, and lanai offer plenty of entertaining space. The kitchen and master suite can both be designed to meet the needs of any family.
